1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services
Primefold Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, web development, graphic design, and conversion rate optimization. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts, platforms, and materials required for service delivery. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines and results.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, and deliverables created by Primefold Media remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of agreed-upon deliverables transfers to the client. Our proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies remain the property of Primefold Media.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, customer information, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Primefold Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tagbilaran City, Bohol, Philippines.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
